Chocolate Truffles
The delectable chocolate truffles are hand rolled and dipped using European chocolates. The creamy smooth ganache centers are enrobed in a thin double layer of tempered chocolate. Flavors are infused in cream to produce heavenly delicious chocolate candies.

Flavors offered seasonally include: Raspberry, Dark Chocolate, Caramel, Mint, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, Coffee, and Chipotle.

Molded Chocolate Pralines
These exquisite molded chocolates come in differing shapes and sizes. The thin crisp shells are filled with a creamier chocolate ganache than the hand rolled truffles.

Alcohol Filled Chocolates
These adult-only chocolates are filled with an amazing elixir of Andy’s renditions of cocktails, mixed drinks, juleps, punches, and liquors. Strawberry Daiquiri, Mint
Julep, Margarita, Lemoncello, Irish Coffee, Mojito. The dark chocolate shells and liquid centers are freshly made, and contain no preservatives. As a precautionary note, each chocolate should be eaten in one bite.
